Westbury offer training services and support to cover the fullest extent of their supply and project works; ranging from in-house / works simulation and test training, on-site before / after commissioning through to operator acceptance handover.

We have extensive theoretical technical and practical experience, in particular, with the Rockwell Automation and the IFM mobile product ranges, combining both hardware and software knowledge.


Our training courses can either be tailored to your specific site / system requirements or standardised courses based on application, products or technologies.

Similar to the in-house training of Westbury engineers, it is essential that our customer base of OEM and end users are competent in first line fault finding, in conjunction with our telephone support, thereby minimising any downtime.


Our training materials are prepared with the respective target audience in mind – from basic operator handbooks containing; technical write ups, operator screen images, OEM management documents through to total electronic files, containing internet linked pages to the original equipment manufacturer’s websites for replacement parts identification and spares.

In all cases, the finalised project documents, electrical schematic diagrams and associated materials reports – together with safety risk assessment records and final CE marking technical construction files, form the basis our customer training programs and support.
