ISO recertification highlights Westbury customer focus

Westbury are pleased to announce that they are one of only a handful of companies in the country to be recently ISO 9001 Quality Management certified, satisfying the 2015 requirements, especially context, leadership, processes, measurement, and risk awareness and mitigation.

During the audit, carried out by NQA, the evidence presented no non-conformances nor identified any OFI’s. Michael Greer, Westbury’s SHEQ Advisor was pleased to report “the assessors recognised that our quality policy has been written and communicated at director level and throughout the business. This clearly demonstrates and emphasises our capability of delivering consistently performing products and services to all our customers.” Operations Director, Paul Knott concluded that “the SHEQ Advisor’s role has across the business improved and introduced new processes to reduce errors and make improvements.”

Client’s will benefit from the accreditation knowing that Westbury’s processes are closely monitored, targets are met, and any deficiencies are reviewed during client management meetings.
