AMP Power Protection CEO, Andy Parfitt, said:

“This has been a very challenging project for AMP. We took over the existing design (from Harland Simon UPS) in March 2020. We built 3 x prototypes, undertook extensive external type testing and passed gaining certification in shock, environmental, safety & marine Standards. I am very proud of our achievement and all AMP staff – and the team at Westbury – have given massive support and commitment during this very difficult Covid period.”

Westbury Managing Director, Glynn Westbury added:

“Having gained valuable experience over several years from working in the defence sector, we felt confident that Westbury would be able to offer AMP the right response. We knew that standards of workmanship needed to be very high, and I’m pleased to report that our panel builders worked hard to deliver a high quality output for AMP. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship.”
