Integrated Temperature PID and Limit Control Solution for the Plastics Industry.

Westbury Control Systems have recently designed and manufactured prototye heating control applications for use in the plastics industry, utilising the Watlow range of temperature control and monitoring products.

The plastics heating system�configuration comprises�a PID controller, an over/under limit controller,�a high amperage power switching device and�integrated emergency stop isolation.

The solid state power controllers provide SCR control, heatsink, wiring and touch-safe exterior in one package.

All wiring and assembly of the control panel is in accordance with BSEN60204 and Westbury Control Systems Ltd quality procedures.
